How To Apply

  • The date of opening of admissions, availability of forms and other details are announced on BBSUL University website and through advertisement in the newspapers.

  • To create an online application account, you are required to have a valid CNIC number & cell phone number.

  • At least active mobile number & email address so that in case of any problem with their online account they can still correspond with the Admission Office through their email address.

  • It is advised to create only ONE ACCOUNT for the online application submission. Please note down your sign in details after creating your account i.e., your username and password information and do not share this with anyone else. You will need these to re-enter the system.

  • Register at “” by CNIC Number, Email Address, Your Password & Mobile No. (please ensure you have entered your active email address & Mobile Number).

  • Log-in to Admission Web Portal using your CNIC Number & Password.

  • Go to the subsequent pages of online admission web portal and complete all required information (Personal Information , Educational Information) & upload documents

  • Please make sure to upload the appropriate photograph

  • On the apply online, Fee Voucher will be generated, mentioning Candidate ID. along with your information and the fee to be submitted in all branches of Sindh Bank Ltd. Account No. mentioned on the bank fee challan & pay the fee as mentioned on the Fee Voucher. Fee once paid will not be refund.

  • Fee Deposit slip must be uploaded online web portal to complete your application (Don’t forget to upload deposit fee voucher)

  • Incomplete application will not be considered..

  • Please make sure to upload the appropriate photograph

  • It should be noted that mark sheets which do not give details of the marks awarded in academic the years, but only give a consolidated total will not be accepted and Grace / Condonation marks will not be counted.

  • A merit list will be prepared for every department after verification of the eligibility and mark sheets of the applicants, on the basis of criteria set down for that department.

  • The information, admissions entry test date and time mentioned on admit card. Admit card will available on university website before one week of entry test applicants are directed to keep visiting the university website for updates.

  • Admissions entry test is mandatory to qualify in the merit list and merit list of successful candidates generated as available seats according to quota vice in acceding manner.

  • The merit list of successful candidates along with necessary instructions will be displayed at the university website and admission cell

  • The successful candidates should submit admission paid fee Challan and original marksheet (not duplicate) of the pre-requisite examination to the admission cell before the last date for seat conformation otherwise seat will be allocated to another candidate.

  • At the time of admission of Foreign Student, they required to submit original equivalent certificates issued by I.B.C.C permanently or photocopy of the same.
